1950 Kenton, No. 211 Dump Wagon in Original Box
Before ceasing production in 1952 Kenton's produced one of their last cast iron toys; the Two Horse Dump Wagon. This incredible near mint+ to mint condition toy comes complete with its original box. I doubt it was ever played with. Typically it's misidentified as a "Sand & Gravel" wagon because of the unavailability of the box with its correct name printed on the side. Toy is all original painted cast iron with original nickel plated driver. The lever mechanism on the right side of the driver releases the painted steel wagon bed to dump its contents. Reins were not originally included. The sturdy box has its original Dump Wagon label on one end. The box is complete and includes its original waxed paper wrappings. Size: 10".
